What quality materials are being used in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted using 14k gold and high quality SI grade diamonds. All our materials are ethically sourced at fair prices.

How long will it take to process the order?

Answer ContentAll Aureli Jewelry is custom made to order. We kindly ask you to allow us 2 weeks excluding weekends to ship your order. We may be able to expedite your order in the case you need it urgently. Please email us at contact@aurelijewelry.com to confirm expedited delivery before placing the order.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

You can send us an email to contact@aurelijewelry.com with your order number and message and we will be happy to help.

How can I find my ring size?

Alternatively you can visit a local jewelry store in order to determine your exact size.

Can I place an order over the phone?

At the moment we do not have a public phone number so please get in touch via email contact@aurelijewelry.com or by filing in the contact form on the Contact page.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Due to all pieces being made to order, we do not accept cancellations.


Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Each order is specially made for you after the order has been placed therefore we ask that you allow us 2 weeks (excluding weekends) to make and ship each order. All shipping transit times are calculated after the order has been dispatched.

UPS Ground Shipping: Free (4-5 Business Days Delivery After Dispatch)

UPS 2nd Day Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Delivery in 2 Business Days After Dispatch)

UPS Next Day Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Delivery in 1 Business Day After Dispatch)

Where is my order? How can i track it ?

Please refer to the tracking information emailed to you after placing your order. If you have trouble finding the tracking number, please email us at contact@aurelijewelry.com with your name, order number, and email and we can find it for you.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for them.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
